Smugglers Moorings Limited is situated at Smugglers Cottage, Tolverne on the Roseland Peninsula. This picturesque site is located on the river Fal and has a wide variety to offer the yachting community including its access to the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads and Falmouth Bay.
The cottage has stood on the site for 500 years and included in its history played a huge role in the D-day landings and ships have laid up at this location since the First World War until date.
The cottage overlooks the mooring area and with the manager and his family now living onsite in the cottage itself, is there anywhere safer to moor your boat?
This boating haven has moorings available on both a permanent basis and for visiting yachts all year round. Our moorings lie in incredibly sheltered and secure waters and can take vessels up to 45 ft overall. Running off our foreshore we have a pontoon where the hammerhead end sits in at least 2 meters of water meaning Smugglers Moorings LTD offers amazing and unrivalled access for our mooring holders and users.
Along with the moorings we also offer on-site car parking, tender storage, winter lay-up, dry berthing, maintenance services and domestic facilities.
Visiting yachts can pick up a mooring in this protected spot, get ashore to walk the dog, have a shower, do your laundry, have a barbeque and spend some time at this historic site.
At Smugglers Moorings we offer annual, seasonal and daily rates, catering for all your needs. For more information on what we have to offer and our rates please navigate through the site.
